Whether it is a batch of my signature Lebanese hummus or a tray of paneer tikka, everything I prepare from my Kalkaji base is 100% vegetarian, made with fresh, quality produce, and designed to look as good as it tastes. For the last decade, I have focused on one thing: making pure vegetarian food that feels exciting. People often think vegetarian options are limited to standard curries, but my kitchen is built to challenge that. I bring together global inspirations like Lebanese mezze, Thai curries, and Korean meal kits, all while keeping the soul of the food desi. My approach is hands-on.
