When you get a jar, you are not just getting prepped ingredients. You are getting a structured process where you control the final taste by adding my house-made chili oil, garlic paste, and rich coconut broth exactly to your liking. I designed these kits to bring 'Kamaal ka Khaana' (Amazing food) right to your dining table without the stress of prep work. I handle all the chopping, sourcing, and marinating so you can enjoy the fun part of building your bowl. Inside every jar, you will find layers of fresh, crisp produce like bok choy, edamame, zucchini, and carrots, paired with protein-rich tofu. You choose your base—whether it is hearty buckwheat, soft udon noodles, or blue jasmine rice—and I ensure every component stays fresh until you are ready to pour and mix. Why choose my kits? - Convenience: No chopping or sautéing required. - Customization: You control the spice level with separate jars for my house-made chili oil and garlic paste. - 100% Vegetarian: Everything I prepare is pure veg, focused on high-quality, fresh produce. Whether you are planning a quiet date night, a solo meal, or a fun dinner activity, these kits make it easy to whip up a delicious meal. I deliver these kits across Delhi NCR, making them perfect for last-minute cravings or planned gatherings. ## About Dhamaal Gully I started Dhamaal Gully to bring fun and flavour into your own kitchen.
