Whether it is a 5-year-old starting piano or an adult picking up the guitar, the feedback highlights that our monthly jam sessions are the real game-changer. That is where the theory actually clicks and students transform from shy learners into confident performers. Finding the right music teacher is not just about qualifications or certifications like Trinity and Rockschool. It is about finding a space where you feel comfortable making mistakes while you learn. ### Why Our Community Grows Together We do not believe in rigid, traditional teaching where you just copy notes. Our students, ranging from 5 to 75 years old, share that the highlight of their experience is the 'vibe' of our studio. We mix Hindustani vocal training with Western techniques to ensure you understand the 'why' behind the music. ### Learning Beyond the Classroom * **Performance Confidence:** Many of our students, including those recommended by industry professionals like Aabhik Ghosh and Shubham Bhat, started with stage fear. Through our regular jam sessions in Goregaon, they move from practicing 'alankars' or basic strumming to performing confidently in front of others. * **Practical Application:** Whether you are taking beginner singing classes or advanced drum lessons, we focus on immediate, actionable feedback. As Nitish Kalia noted, he saw his guitar strumming become smooth within just a few classes because we focus on the mechanics of the instrument. * **Flexible Options:** Life in Mumbai is busy. That is why our community appreciates that we offer the same quality of instruction across online classes, home visits in areas like Powai and Andheri, and studio sessions. Whether you are a parent looking for a creative outlet for your child or an adult wanting to reconnect with a passion, the feedback confirms one thing: you do not need to be a prodigy to start. You just need to show up and practice. ## About Dey'z Music I started Dey'z Music because I wanted a space where music feels like joy, not just a syllabus. We do not just teach you how to hold an instrument; we help you find the artist inside, whether you are five or seventy-five.
