If you are in a hurry to tick a box, you will likely quit. Real progress comes from the patience to understand the 'why' behind the notes, not just copying what you see on a screen. When you stop racing to the finish line, that is usually when the music actually starts happening. At Dey'z Music, our philosophy is simple: we teach music, not just textbooks. Many schools focus on rote learning, forcing students to memorize scales and notations without context. We take a different route. ### Why Our Method Works We start with the idea behind the music. Whether you are learning Hindustani vocals, Western pop, or an instrument like the djembe or violin, we break it down into practical, usable skills. If you are learning Indian classical, we don't just teach the 'Aakar'—we show you how to use your breath to make the transition smoother. It is about understanding the nuance, not just the rules. ### Classes Designed for You We operate out of our studios in Goregaon and Tardeo, but we also bring the music to you with home visits across premium hubs like South Mumbai and Powai. Our classes are flexible because life is busy. * **Beginner to Advanced:** Whether you have never held an instrument or are looking to refine pro-level techniques, we have a path for you. * **Theory and Practical:** We offer structured coaching for Trinity and Rockschool exams if you want certification, but we prioritize actual skill and the ability to perform. * **The Vibe:** We host regular jam sessions. This is where the magic happens—when you stop playing alone and start playing with others, you learn timing, improvisation, and how to handle a live environment. Ultimately, music is for everyone. It is a way to express what you feel, a way to vent, and a way to connect. If you are ready to stop just listening to music and start creating it, come by for a session. ## About Dey'z Music I am Arnab, the founder of Dey'z Music. I have spent over two decades behind the drums, but my real passion is helping you find that same joy. My goal is simple: I want you to walk out of our studio feeling more confident and capable than when you walked in.
