Instead, we break down your instrument’s posture and rhythm from the first session, whether you're learning online or at our studios in Goregaon and Tardeo. If you’re here for certifications like Trinity or Rockschool, we’ll handle the prep, but our real goal is making sure you can actually play and jam with the songs you listen to every day. ### We Teach Music as a Language Many people think music is just about reading sheet music. We see it differently. We treat music as a language for communication and a way to express emotions. If you are learning vocals, we don't just say 'sing it like this.' We talk about the *aakar* (vowel shape) and how adding *thoda hawa* (a little breath) changes the entire feeling of the note. ### Why Practice is the Only Shortcut I get asked a lot, 'How fast can I learn?' My honest answer is that if you are looking for a quick fix, this probably isn't for you. Music is a journey, not a marathon. Whether you choose our group sessions to jam with others or private 1-on-1 coaching for a deep dive into theory, the 'secret' is consistency. ### Flexibility That Fits Mumbai Life We know Mumbai traffic can be a nightmare. That is why we offer a blend of formats that actually work: * **Studio Lessons:** Come to our spaces in Goregaon or Tardeo for that community vibe and direct feedback. * **Online 1-on-1:** Live sessions via Zoom or Meet. If you have the instrument and a stable connection, we can fix your posture and technique just as effectively as we do in person. * **Home Visits:** We travel to you in areas like Powai, Andheri, and Worli if you prefer learning in your own space. ### The 'Dey'z' Vibe We aren't a school that keeps you locked in a room practicing scales for years. We host monthly jam sessions where kids and adults meet, play, and just have some *masti* (fun). Whether you are a total beginner or an advanced player looking to prep for exams, we ensure you have the skills to play with confidence, not just for a grade, but for yourself. ## About Dey'z Music I’m Arnab, and I started Dey’z Music because I wanted a space where learning an instrument felt like jamming, not studying. Whether it's online or at our Mumbai studios, I focus on helping you find your own voice and confidence.
