In our lessons, you will learn the theory behind the progressions—like why using a 2-5-1 chord shift adds actual color to your music rather than just repeating notes. Whether you are 5 or 75, we help you understand the 'why' so you can play with intent, not just muscle memory. ### Music Education with a Practical Focus At Dey'z Music, we believe music is a language. If you are learning keyboard or piano, you shouldn't just be copying what we do on the keys. Our curriculum is built to give you the tools to improvise, understand harmony, and eventually play your favorite songs on your own. ### How We Teach * **Theory in Context:** We break down complex concepts like scale degrees and chord progressions so they make sense to you. You will understand how to build a song, not just how to play a melody. * **Trinity & Rockschool:** While we offer structured prep for these certifications, they are optional. We focus on your genuine progress and passion first. * **Community Jams:** We host monthly jam sessions at our studios. This is where you learn to listen to other instruments, understand timing, and gain the confidence to perform. * **Flexible Formats:** Whether you prefer the focus of 1-on-1 studio time, the social aspect of small groups, or the convenience of online lessons, we have a structure that fits your schedule. ### Our Studio Locations We operate out of Goregaon and Tardeo, offering a professional yet relaxed environment. If you are based in areas like Andheri, Powai, Malad, or Worli, we also offer home visits where our instructors come to you, saving you the commute while ensuring your practice environment is set up correctly. ### Why Choose Us? Music is about expression. Whether you are aiming to play Bollywood hits, classical pieces, or jazz, we adapt our teaching to your goals. You will leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of the instrument and the confidence to play what you hear in your head. ## About Dey'z Music We have been teaching music for over 20 years, and our goal at Dey'z Music is simple: to make sure you actually love the process. We skip the boring, rote methods and focus on the feeling—whether that is classical Indian ragas or modern Western pop.
