## About Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC)

### My Approach

Yoga’s not just about touching your toes or making a fancy shape – for me, it’s a way to connect with yourself, rooted in Sanatan Dharma. This teacher training is for anyone who wants to go deeper, not just do yoga but live it. The goal isn’t just to master a pose, it’s to understand your body, breath, and mind. *Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu* (May all beings be happy and free) – that’s the vibe I aim for.

### What You’ll Get

- Two certification levels: 200-hour for beginners, 500-hour for those who’ve already done some training.
- Both online and in-person options at my Gurgaon shala (studio).
- Strong focus on Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga certification – starting simple and building up to tricky stuff like inversions and arm balances.
- Loads of attention on alignment. We break down every pose, like why *Uddiyana bandha* matters in *Paschimottanasana*, plus deep-dives into anatomy for joints and back.

### Not Just Stretching

- I teach you how to adjust students safely – hands-on yoga adjustments training is a big part.
- Philosophy sessions and yoga philosophy and Sanskrit chanting, so you get the full experience, not just the moves.
- The studio’s clean, quiet, fully equipped. Mirrors for checking your form, props for support.

### Is It For You?

If you want real, traditional yoga and are up for the hard work and discipline, this course will challenge you and help you grow. The journey is tough, but worth it, if you’re ready to dive in.

## Meet your expert

[Devender Bhardwaj](https://mytribe.in/devenderyogis)

### My story

ॐ Sanatan Dharma is our way. I’m Devender, yogi and Shiv bhakt. For me, yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s connecting to your real self. I keep working on my own alignment, always learning. Sometimes I tell students, ‘not bad, need more practice’. We chant together, sweat together, and wish for happiness for all - *sarve bhavantu sukhinah*. If you join our class in Gurgaon, expect tradition and sincerity. Namaste.

### My work

- **Yoga Classes & Workshops**: We teach online and offline in Gurgaon - group sessions, pelvic floor yoga workshop, and Yoga Teacher Training Course.
- **Traditional Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa**: Classes follow traditional styles. I focus on hands-on yoga alignment and use props for deeper asana practice.
- **Serious Practice, Spiritual Touch**: We work hard on asanas, get technical, and include Sanskrit chanting for the spiritual side.
- **For All Levels**: Beginner or advanced, everyone finds space here. Practice matters more than perfection.
