If you try to cover the entire court yourself, you will burn out before the set ends. I focus on drilling the specific rotations and split-second communication that turn two individuals into a single, effective unit on the court. ### Why Doubles Requires a Different Approach Singles is about your own stamina and shot selection. Doubles is about trust and timing. Most players struggle because they do not know where to stand when the opponent lifts or smashes. My training sessions force you to break these bad habits. ### What We Focus On * **Rotation Discipline:** You will learn exactly when to attack and when to defend, ensuring you never leave the middle court exposed. * **Tactical Positioning:** We run drills to ensure you cover your zone perfectly without stepping on your partner's toes. * **Match Simulation:** It is one thing to hit shuttles during a drill and another to do it under pressure. I put you in high-stakes, real-game scenarios at our Gurugram arena.
