When I manage your event, I bring the entire kit—professional referees, Federation-standard equipment, live scoreboards, and that play-by-play commentary that makes every basket or goal feel massive. You will not find me just standing around; I am on the mic and the court, ensuring the schedule runs tight and the energy never drops. ### My Approach to Tournament Management I believe that every player, regardless of age or skill level, deserves to feel the thrill of a professional competition. My goal is to remove the stress of administration so that coaches, parents, and players can simply enjoy the sport. Whether you are hosting a school basketball league, a competitive football tournament, or a local hockey match, I bring the same level of intensity I use for my own Ring Champions academy. ### What I Handle for Your Event - **Technical Operations:** I manage the entire fixture process, creating brackets, handling scorekeeping, and ensuring referees follow Federation standards for every game. - **Production Value:** I set up the PA systems for live play-by-play commentary, bring official scoreboards, and manage the crowd so the game remains fair and focused. - **Awards & Ceremony:** I handle the trophy management, ensuring the medal ceremony is a highlight for the kids, celebrating their hard work with proper recognition. - **On-Site Safety:** My team includes marshals and basic medical support, so you have peace of mind while the action happens on the field. ### Why Choose My Services? I have been coaching in Mumbai since 2003, and I have seen how much a well-run tournament can boost a child's confidence. I do not just rent space; I curate a sports experience. My equipment, from agility ladders to match balls, is maintained to competition standards. I operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and I am flexible enough to work at your preferred venue or suggest one of my partner grounds if you need a setup that is ready to go. ## About Sylvan Desmond I have been on the court since 1999 and coaching since 2003, and I still get the same rush when I see a kid hit a winning shot. My goal is simple: I want your players to feel like champions, whether they are playing for a trophy or just having fun. I handle the chaos of event logistics so you can focus on coaching and cheering.
