From sourcing the right turf or court and organizing the tournament brackets to providing referees, scoreboards, and trophies, I make sure the event runs smoothly from start to finish. I believe that every event, whether it is a small parish basketball tournament or a large corporate team-building day, deserves the same energy and professionalism. My approach is simple: you bring the players, and I bring the infrastructure to make it a real competition. ### What I Handle * **Tournament Planning:** I map out the fixtures, manage the brackets, and ensure the schedule runs on time. * **Professional Officiating:** I bring in qualified referees and table officials so the games are fair and the rules are respected. * **Atmosphere:** It is not a real game without the right vibe. I provide the PA system for commentary, music, and that stadium-like atmosphere. * **Everything Else:** From the technical stuff like scoreboards and bibs to the awards ceremony with medals and trophies, I manage the equipment so you can just focus on the play. ### Why Partner With Me I have been coaching and organizing events in Mumbai since 2003. I understand what players need to perform, whether they are office colleagues or competitive college teams. I can host events at my partner venues or bring the entire setup to a location of your choice within the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether you want a quick 4-hour 'Game Day' for your office or a full-blown 2-day multi-team tournament, I have a package that works. Let’s get your team together and make it happen. ## About Sylvan Desmond I'm Sylvan. I don't just book a venue; I bring the energy and technical expertise to keep the game moving.
