Our Bandra facility is fully covered, so you do not lose momentum during the Mumbai monsoon. Whether you are a complete beginner or training for competitive state-level selection, I personally oversee the batches to ensure you are getting the right fundamentals and mental conditioning. ### Building Champions in Bandra I have been coaching since 2003, and the philosophy at Ring Champions is simple: hard work, determination, and focus. This isn't just a gym; it is a community where players of all skill levels—from kids to adults—come to improve their game. ### Why Train With Us? * **Year-Round Practice:** The biggest hurdle in Mumbai sports is the monsoon. Because our courts in Bandra are covered and floodlit, your training schedule stays consistent 365 days a year. * **Tu Hai Champion Mindset:** I don't just teach dribbling and shooting. My coaching style is about instilling a winning mentality. We celebrate the small wins and the progress, because that is what ultimately builds a player who can compete at district, state, and national levels. * **Inclusive Approach:** Basketball is for everyone. My sessions are adapted for different needs, including a specialized basketball program for children with special needs. Every child gets a chance to play, learn, and have fun. ### Beyond the Academy My connection to the sport goes beyond the academy walls. You will often find me playing in local parish tournaments or coaching university teams. If you are looking for a space to play, train, and grow, I invite you to join our group. Whether your goal is simple fitness, learning the basics, or chasing that competitive edge, we have a spot for you on the court. ## About Sylvan Desmond I am Sylvan. Coaching isn't just about drill repetitions; it's about building your confidence and seeing that 'Tu Hai Champion' spark in every player. I run Ring Champions right here in Bandra to provide a space where you can actually work hard and see real progress.
