It gives you the airflow of an open-air setup while shielding you from Mumbai's intense sun or heavy monsoon rain. It features a painted concrete surface with regulation markings, making it ideal for 5v5 matches, shooting drills, or just playing around with your squad without dealing with slick, wet ground. Finding consistent court time in Mumbai is a challenge, which is why I set up this space. Whether you are prepping for a tournament or just need a place to blow off steam after work, the facility is designed to keep your game moving. **Court Details & What to Expect:** * **Weather Protection:** We use an industrial roof to keep the court dry, so your session stays on schedule regardless of the forecast. * **Evening Play:** The court is equipped with LED floodlights, so you can play comfortably well into the evening hours. * **Format:** You can book the full court privately for your group, or join my Sunday Pickup Games if you are short on players. I manage the teams on the spot, so you can just show up and play. * **Facilities:** We provide the space, the hoops, and the lights. Please note that this is a school-based facility, so we have basic washrooms but no luxury changing rooms or showers. This isn't a climate-controlled stadium, but it is a hardworking, reliable spot for people who love the game. It is about the hustle, not the amenities. If you are serious about basketball and just want a place to play without the weather stopping you, this court is for you. ## About Sylvan Desmond I’m Sylvan, and I’ve been living and breathing basketball since '99.
