This ensures that whether we are working on basketball mechanics or football ball mastery, your child gets direct, technical correction instead of just blending into a crowd. I focus on actionable drills that improve technique immediately, because real growth comes from consistency and attention to detail. At Desmond’s Sports Management & Training (DSMT), I offer a structured path for athletes across multiple disciplines. My approach is simple: hard work, determination, and focus. Whether your child is starting as a beginner or looking to advance to district and state levels, the training is adapted to meet their stage of development. ### Our Core Programs * **Basketball:** We run year-round programs on covered courts in Bandra, so Mumbai's monsoon never stops the game. We cover everything from zigzag dribbling to defensive closeouts. * **Football:** Our sessions prioritize ball mastery, passing accuracy, and small-sided games to teach tactical awareness at venues like Wings Sports Center. * **Pickleball:** We provide all equipment for these small-group sessions, focusing on grip, kitchen line rules, and doubles strategy. * **Athletics:** Led by an NIS certified coach, this program is designed to build speed, endurance, and proper sprinting form. ### The DSMT Difference I believe in the 'Tu Hai Champion' mantra. I don't just teach sports; I teach confidence and teamwork. We have programs for all ages, with special inclusive basketball batches for children with special needs.
