Our hockey program operates with competitive intensity, regularly fielding teams in local MSSA tournaments and West Zone championships. When you train with us, expect rigorous technical sessions and participation in high-stakes matches that prepare athletes for state-level selections. At Desmond's Sports Management & Training (DSMT), hockey is about more than just stick skills. We focus on the full athletic journey—from learning basic mechanics to understanding complex game scenarios. **Our Training Approach** * **Competitive Exposure:** We don't keep our players on the bench. We actively participate in leagues like the Hockey India Olympic Day MSSA Tournament and the Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana Rink Hockey circuit. This gives students the chance to handle pressure in real match situations. * **Technical Skill Development:** Our curriculum covers dribbling precision, field awareness, and tactical positioning. We also work extensively on game IQ, teaching players how to transition seamlessly from defense to offense. * **The Competitive Pathway:** Our track record speaks for itself. We've seen players like Jordan represent the West Zone team at the All India Inter Zone Championships and move on to national selection camps. We identify talented athletes early and provide the specific conditioning they need to progress to district, state, and national levels. **What to Expect** Training is demanding, but it builds character. We work on speed, endurance, and strategy to ensure our players are physically and mentally prepared for any challenge on the rink. If you are serious about taking your child's game to the competitive level, we invite you to join our batches and start working toward your next victory. ## About Sylvan Desmond I'm Desmond, and I've been coaching with a simple belief: hard work, determination, and focus.
