This 60-minute class isn't just a trial; it’s where I observe your child’s motor skills and social comfort within the group, which helps me design a training roadmap that actually fits their pace rather than forcing a standard curriculum. I believe that every child is a champion in their own right, and the court should be a place where they feel safe to shine. My inclusive basketball program is designed specifically for children with special needs, including those with Down syndrome, using adaptive drills that prioritize progress over speed. Having coached for the film 'Sitaare Zameen Par', I learned that patience and personalized attention are the real keys to success in inclusive sports coaching. ### How We Train We move away from rigid, one-size-fits-all training. Instead, we focus on: - **Motor Skill Development:** Simple, repetitive actions that build coordination and strength. - **Social Integration:** Learning how to interact with peers in a group setting while staying focused on the game. - **Positive Reinforcement:** We celebrate every small win, because that boost in confidence often translates into better performance off the court. ### Practical Details Sessions take place on the outdoor synthetic hard court at Celebration Sports Club in Lokhandwala, Andheri West. We run every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. All necessary gear, like balls and agility markers, is provided. Whether your child is just starting or looking for a structured routine to build behavioral consistency, this program is about finding their unique rhythm in the game. We keep the batches small to ensure every player gets the attention they need.
