My freeze-drying process uses professional sublimation to remove 95% of moisture from your dishes, meaning your meal stays shelf-stable for up to 9 months without a single preservative, chemical, or palm oil. When you are ready to eat, you are not reheating leftovers or relying on instant noodles. You are rehydrating a meal that tastes exactly like it came off your stove, ready in just three minutes with nothing but hot water. ### Your Food, Our Technology Whether you are a student moving abroad, a family planning a vacation to a place where vegetarian food is hard to find, or a Jain traveler who cannot compromise on purity, we have you covered. **Ready-to-Eat Meals** We offer over 25 varieties of freeze-dried Indian meals. From Paneer Tikka Masala to Dal Khichdi and Pav Bhaji, every pack is 100% natural, made with sunflower oil and Amul butter, and contains zero preservatives. They are light, easy to pack in your suitcase, and survive flight cabin pressure changes easily. **Custom Freeze-Drying Service** Do you have a family recipe or a favorite restaurant dish you can't live without? Bring it to our Malad facility. We spread your cooked food on trays and run it through our industrial machines. The process removes almost all water, turning your heavy, perishable meals into lightweight, durable packets that last for months. We even vacuum pack rotis and theplas using industrial chamber sealing to save 30% to 40% of your luggage space. ### How It Works 1. **Prep:** We handle your food with strict hygiene standards. 2. **Freeze-Dry:** Water is removed via sublimation, keeping the texture and flavor intact. 3. **Seal:** Your food is packed in 3-layer metallised pouches with oxygen absorbers. To eat, just empty the packet, add boiling water, and cover it for three minutes. No microwave or stove is needed. It is that simple. ## About Desi Khana Hi, I'm Sheetal.
