My dad is the one managing the civil teams on the ground, while I am obsessing over the finish of every corner. We believe you cannot expect perfection if you are not willing to get your hands dirty, which is why we are present at every stage, from the bare shell to the final styling. ### Turning Your Vision Into Reality Many think design stops at the 3D render. For us, that is just the starting point. When you engage Design Sense Architects for a project, you are getting an end-to-end partner who understands that the difference between a good space and a great one lies in the construction details. ### The Reality of Turnkey Projects We specialize in turnkey solutions because we want to control the quality of every element. Whether it is a narrow, oddly shaped cafe in Delhi or a basement renovation in Mohali, we treat the construction phase as an evolution of our design philosophy. * **Site Management:** We manage the civil, plumbing, and electrical teams directly. No middleman, no miscommunication. * **Material Integrity:** We source and install everything from micro-concrete flooring to industrial metalwork. We do not just design it; we make sure it stays up and looks good for years. * **Problem Solving:** Every site has a surprise—a column that was not in the plans, or a plumbing issue. Having an architect on site means we can pivot instantly without stopping work. ### Why Our Process Works We have designed cafes across the country, and we have learned that a beautiful space is useless if your kitchen team cannot move or your lighting makes it impossible to work. We prioritize the flow of your floor plan as much as the aesthetic of your feature walls. By handling the construction, we ensure that your brand identity remains consistent, from the first sketch to the day you open your doors to customers. If you are tired of chasing contractors and want a team that takes ownership of your space, let us handle the heavy lifting. ## About Design Sense Architects Hi, I’m Anchal!
