Here, you see the metal frames being welded and the foam being measured right on our shop floor. It is simple: you get what you pay for because you see it being built. There are no hidden material swaps, just clear talk about what is going into your piece. We run our own workshop in Goregaon, Mumbai. That is the only way to avoid the 'fake offers' you see everywhere online. When we say high-density foam, we use 40 density. When we say solid Teak or metal frames, that is exactly what you get. ### The Process From raw HDF sheets cut on our CNC machines to the final upholstery, we control every step. By keeping the manufacturing in-house, we eliminate the price markup of wholesalers and traders. ### Why It Matters Most furniture scams rely on hiding the 'inside' of the product. We show it to you. Whether it is a hotel lounge chair or a home dining set, the quality is in the joinery and the finish. We avoid cheap, screw-fixed assembly where possible, preferring MIG welding for metal and proper joints for wood to ensure longevity. We invite you to visit, see the tools, see the team, and understand why we offer better value than any 'sale' you find online. ## About Design Point Furniture I am Vijay. I started this in 2010 because I was tired of seeing people get cheated by 'sofa for 5000' scams. I believe you should know exactly what you are paying for, so my workshop is always open for you to see how we build your furniture.
