This is our design lab—where we test geometry, advanced materials, and sustainable technologies to shape tomorrow’s skyline. ## Photos and videos - ![A detailed view of our visionary facade concept, showcasing the interplay between solid, transparent, and green elements. Every concept we develop, from facade geometry to massing models, is vetted against local bylaws and site topography. We do not just draft buildings; we integrate structural logic and GRIHA-compliant sustainability frameworks into the initial plan, ensuring your vision is constructible from day one. ### From Concept to Construction Architecture is often romanticized, but we view it as a discipline of precision. When we present a conceptual design, we are not just showing you a pretty render. We are showing you a solution to a specific set of constraints—be it sun path analysis, wind direction, or floor-area ratio requirements. ### Our Design Methodology - **Site-Responsive Geometry:** We analyze the local topography and climate before placing a single line on paper. Whether it is a corporate headquarters or a mass housing project, the form must respond to its environment, not just look impressive. - **Facade Engineering:** Our work on projects like the Puducherry Airport Terminal taught us that a facade is not just a skin. It is a tool for solar control, heat reduction, and identity. We design systems using louvers, vertical fins, and high-performance glass to balance daylight with energy efficiency. - **Sustainable Integration:** Sustainability is not an afterthought. By integrating GRIHA or IGBC rating strategies during the concept phase, we ensure that your project is environmentally viable from the start. ### Why Start Here? If you have a large-scale project, beginning with a clear conceptual roadmap saves significant time during the GFC (Good for Construction) stage. By finalizing the volumetric design, structural grids, and material palette early, we minimize costly revisions later. We invite you to look through our past concepts to understand the rigour we apply to every line we draw. If you are ready to move from idea to execution, let us look at your site potential together. ## About designICON We are Subhash and Sandeep. For over two decades, we have used our design lab to test ideas that balance bold aesthetics with structural reality. We believe that a great building starts with deep observation, and we are here to help you turn your specific vision into a functional, sustainable landmark.
