Before we finalize technical layouts or bill of quantities for a site, we use these exercises to test how light, material, and scale behave in a room. It is how we refine the emotional narrative of a project before we ever produce a construction drawing. When you hire us for a project, whether it is a corporate office fit-out or a private residence, we do not simply jump into CAD software. We use these visual studies to establish a shared design language with you. If you look at our Mercury concept, the focus is not just on the raw concrete aesthetic. It is about understanding how that specific material palette responds to natural light and how it impacts the perception of space. We carry this same rigor into our professional practice in Gurugram and beyond. For our clients, this translates into high-resolution 3D renders and detailed mood boards that are grounded in technical reality. We bridge the gap between abstract design concepts and actionable services, including: * Space Planning: Optimizing carpet area and defining circulation paths. * Technical Documentation: Delivering GFC drawings for partitions, flooring, and MEP integration. * Material Curation: Creating palettes of laminates, veneers, and fabrics that match your brand identity. Our goal is to ensure the vision we define in our initial conceptual meetings is the exact reality we deliver on-site. By maintaining this consistent creative approach, we ensure that every commercial space we design is both functional and evocative. ## About designICON We are Subhash and Sandeep. While our daily work involves technical blueprints and MEP integration, we reserve time for these creative explorations to keep our design thinking sharp. We believe this experimental approach helps us create spaces that go beyond just meeting basic requirements.
