By maintaining a hands-on approach to site supervision and structural detailing, we ensure that the interplay of voids, materials, and lighting we visualize is exactly what is delivered on-site. This collection highlights the diverse scope of our work, demonstrating how we address unique site constraints and project requirements. Architecture is the summation of meticulous site supervision, material experimentation, and structural detailing. When we approach a new residence, we begin with a volumetric analysis of the site to understand how to integrate natural light and ventilation through features like sunken courtyards and central atriums. Our 'design-build' methodology means we are present from the initial excavation to the application of exterior finishes, allowing for real-time adjustments to ensure the architectural vision remains intact. From crafting custom facade designs that utilize modern materials such as treated wood and glass to planning complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layouts for smart homes, our objective is to balance aesthetic appeal with long-term functionality. Whether we are working on a boutique villa or large-scale institutional projects like our design for the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, the focus remains on creating landmark designs with user-friendly spaces. Key aspects of our architectural practice include: * **Materiality:** We use a curated palette of exposed concrete, zinc, and travertine to create timeless exteriors. * **Structural Integrity:** Our engineering team specializes in complex geometries, including cantilevers and floating staircases. * **Environmental Integration:** We prioritize passive cooling techniques and landscape integration to ensure homes are energy-efficient. By managing the entire construction lifecycle, we eliminate the translation gaps that often occur when design and execution are handled by separate parties. This comprehensive approach allows us to deliver residences that are both structurally sound and distinct in their architectural character. ## About Designarium Homes I am Shray, and I view every space as a structural composition that requires both artistic vision and technical rigor.
