We are design geeks, cricket fans, and office-life enthusiasts who believe that a happy, collaborative studio culture directly improves the quality of the spaces we build for you. Whether we are brainstorming material choices with vendors or celebrating a project milestone, this shared energy is what we bring to every one of your sites. ### The Design-Build Difference Many firms treat design and execution as separate, fragmented processes. We do it differently. Our in-house site crew and design team work under one roof, ensuring that what we visualize in our 3D renderings is exactly what you get on the floor. This eliminates the friction often seen between contractors and architects. By keeping our team integrated, we maintain consistent communication, meaning your project timeline stays on track and the final build quality remains uncompromised. ### Our Approach to Workspace Design We don't just fill space with desks. Our process is rooted in understanding human movement and office psychology. Whether it is a 12,000 sq. ft. commercial fit-out or a specific breakout zone renovation, we focus on biophilic elements, ergonomic furniture, and smart acoustic planning. We spend time learning your company culture so the resulting environment feels like an extension of your team’s identity. ### Awards & Milestones Over the past 12 years, we have grown from a small studio to executing projects across multiple cities, including major works in Bengaluru and Chennai. Being recognized as the 'Innovative and Excellent Interior Design and Project Execution Firm of the Year 2024, Karnataka' confirms that our human-centric approach to office design works. It is not just about the awards; it is about the repeat clients—like our recent multi-project collaboration with Daikin—who continue to trust us with their most critical office infrastructure. ## About Design Arc Interiors We are a team of design enthusiasts who believe an office should do more than just house desks. We spend our days obsessing over layouts, lighting, and acoustics, but we make sure to carve out time for team celebrations and brainstorming sessions too. We treat your workspace with the same care and creativity we pour into our own studio.
