By using 3D visualization and VR walkthroughs during the initial planning phase, we map out every technical detail—from HVAC diffuser placements to acoustic panel layouts—before a single wall is touched on your site. ### How We Approach Your Space Design is not just about how an office looks; it is about how it performs. Over the last 12 years, we have refined a methodology that prioritizes the user experience while meeting the practical demands of a growing business. #### Biophilic and Sensory Design We treat biophilic elements as functional assets rather than just decorations. Integrating vertical gardens, natural light, and organic textures like cork does more than improve aesthetics; these elements actively lower stress levels and improve air quality. We often recommend sensory-focused additions that help employees find balance between high-focus tasks and collaborative work. #### Parametric and Flexible Planning Using algorithmic, parametric design allows us to create spaces that adapt to your team's specific movement patterns. Instead of rigid, static floor plans, we develop modular layouts that can evolve as your company grows. This approach ensures that your conference rooms, breakout zones, and workstations are positioned to maximize traffic flow and interaction. #### Sustainable Fit-Outs Sustainability is at the core of our fit-out process. We focus on durable, renewable materials and energy-efficient lighting solutions that reduce long-term operational costs. From utilizing acoustic baffles in open-ceiling industrial designs to specifying eco-friendly flooring, our goal is to build a workspace that is as kind to the environment as it is to your team. #### The Design and Build Advantage By handling the entire lifecycle of your project, we ensure that the concept we propose is the one we deliver. We manage your MEP planning, partition installations, and furniture procurement under one contract, reducing the risks and delays often associated with fragmented project management. ## About Design Arc Interiors We are a Bengaluru-based team of creators and design geeks with over 12 years of experience.
