When you visit my sites, you will see the raw construction, the plumbing and electrical work, and how we actually install the factory-fitted units, because I believe you have the right to know exactly what is going into your home before we close it up. Renovation is not just about the final coat of paint or the glossy kitchen finish. It is about the structure, the wiring, and the coordination that happens while the house is still a mess. I share these behind-the-scenes glimpses because transparency builds trust. When we take on a project, whether it is a 3BHK in 3C Lotus Panache or a smaller home makeover in Sector 50, I am personally involved. You will see my team working on site-specific challenges, like leveling floors, fixing wall dampness, or adjusting electrical points to fit your needs. Because I have my own factory in Noida, I do not just order furniture and hope it fits. My team manufactures the modular kitchen and wardrobe units based on exact on-site measurements, and then we bring them over for installation. This means I can solve problems on the fly. If a corner is tight or a wall is not perfectly straight, we adjust the design right there, rather than forcing a pre-made piece into a space where it does not belong. Follow these updates to understand the stages of a real renovation in Noida. You will see how we handle the 'before' phase—the demolition and civil work—and how we transition to the 'during' phase, where the design actually comes to life. It is not always pretty, but it is honest work. ## About Design And Decor I am Dilshad, and I don't believe in hiding the mess that comes with home renovation. I am always on-site, whether it is a small kitchen remodel or a full 3BHK overhaul, because my team and I build everything ourselves in our Noida factory. If you work with me, you are getting the direct factory team, not a middleman.
