Whether it's our Noida factory where your furniture is being cut or a flat site where my team is installing a false ceiling, I am the one you will see on-site. Because we own the manufacturing, we don't rely on third-party vendors for your cabinets or wardrobes, which means I can personally guarantee the quality of every piece that goes into your home. I started Design and Decor with one goal: to handle the 'pura kaam' (the whole work) from start to finish. When you hire me, you aren't just getting a design; you are getting a partner who manages every contractor, carpenter, and painter. ### Why I am involved in every project Most companies have a project manager who visits once a week. That is not how I work. If I am doing your home renovation, I am checking the plywood quality at the factory in the morning, and I am at your site in the afternoon ensuring the measurements are perfect. This hands-on approach helps us avoid the common mistakes that usually delay home renovation projects. ### Our Noida Factory Advantage Since we manufacture our own modular furniture, we handle the production cycle ourselves. This gives us two big advantages: 1. **Timeline Control:** If we promise delivery, we meet it because the factory reports directly to me. 2. **Customization:** If you have a specific space or a corner that needs a unique wardrobe design, we don't have to order it from a catalog. We build it to fit. ### Working with my team My team has worked with me on projects across major Noida societies like 3C Lotus Panache. Whether it is a full 3BHK overhaul or a kitchen renovation, we work with a system. We finalize the 3D designs first, then move to production, and finally site installation. I invite you to see the real updates from our ongoing sites here. If you are looking for a straightforward renovation without the middleman headaches, let's talk. ## About Design And Decor I am Dilshad, and I take pride in being a hands-on builder. My day starts with a factory check in Noida to oversee the woodwork, followed by site visits to ensure every paint job and fitting is up to the mark. I keep it simple: promise honest work, deliver on time.
