Every panel, from your wardrobe to kitchen shutter, goes through our panel saw and edge banding machines here in Noida. This means the finish is seamless and the fit is tight, unlike manual site work that can have gaps over time. Having our own factory in Noida changes the game for your home interior project. Most people see the design, but the real quality happens in the workshop before we even reach your home. ### Why Factory-Made Matters When we make your furniture, we use automated machines like our panel saw and EBS-8 edge banding machine. This is how we ensure that every board is cut to the exact millimeter. Manual cutting with a hand saw at your home simply cannot match this level of precision. ### The Process 1. **Material Selection:** We use HDHMR and high-quality plywood. We don't hide the materials; you can see the stacks in our workshop. 2. **Precision Cutting:** Our panel saw ensures zero chipping and perfectly straight edges. 3. **Edge Banding:** This is the secret to moisture resistance. Our machine applies a clean, durable PVC edge that seals the core of the wood. This protects your cabinets from swelling in humid conditions, which is essential for kitchens. 4. **Quality Check:** Because I am here in the factory every day, I check the panels before they are packed for transport. If a finish isn't up to the mark, it doesn't leave the floor. ### No Middlemen Because we are the manufacturers, there is no third-party confusion. You are dealing directly with the people who build your furniture. This keeps the cost transparent and the quality consistent. Whether you need a simple wardrobe or a complex modular kitchen, the work happens under one roof, ensuring the final product matches the 3D design you approved. ## About Design And Decor I am Mohd Dilshad Saifi, and I run Design & Decor with a simple focus: factory-perfect furniture.
