When our principal, Nomita Sawhney, was recognized as an Iconic Architect, it served as validation for our belief that architecture should be warm, functional, and deeply personal. We apply that same dedication to every residential and commercial project we take on, ensuring your home is built with both heart and precision. Awards are a meaningful milestone, but for us, the real thrill remains the moment a client walks into a completed home and tells us it feels exactly right. Being named Most Innovative Architect by the Golden Aim Awards in 2023 and Most Iconic Architect in 2022 encourages us to keep pushing creative boundaries without losing the warmth that defines our work. What does this recognition mean for your project? It means you are partnering with a design firm that is consistently measured against industry standards. We do not settle for magazine sets that look good in photos but feel cold in reality. Whether we are planning a multi-level villa with a custom spiral staircase or a room renovation in Delhi, we bring the same rigorous standards that caught the eyes of the award jury. We focus on durability, premium finishes, and layouts that actually serve your daily life. From selecting the right vitrified tiles for your flooring to installing high-end magnetic track lighting and signature wall paneling, we ensure every element serves a distinct purpose. Our team at Design By Meta has spent 14 years refining this classic contemporary aesthetic, ensuring that every project, from hill home architecture to urban apartment makeovers, tells a story you can live in comfortably. ## About Design By Meta We are the gang at Design By Meta, and we have been at this architecture game for 14 years. We believe every space is a story, and we love turning dated corners into something that feels like home.
