Because everything is cooked fresh in our Malad West setup, we do need a 48-hour heads-up to soak the masalas and get the texture just right. It’s not factory-made, it’s made-to-order, and that patience is exactly what makes the flavour sing. ### Why Our Community Loves the 'Slow' Way We don't believe in shortcuts. Whether it's our Aloo Baati, Moong Dal Nachos, or the comforting Biryani, every dish comes from a recipe passed down from our nani and dadi. When customers tell us our food tastes like 'ghar ka khana,' it confirms that our method of slow-cooking works. ### What People Are Ordering * **For the Road:** Many travellers order our shelf-stable meal platters for long journeys. It’s great to hear that our Dal Ki Poori and Panchkuta sabzi actually stay fresh for 24 hours without any preservatives. * **Snack Cravings:** The feedback on our Moong Dal Nachos and Mathri is consistent: they are non-oily and travel-friendly. We designed these packs specifically so you can eat them in the car or on a flight without the mess. * **Festive & Daily Treats:** From postpartum ladoos to custom festive hampers, we take pride in the fact that our customers trust us with their family's health and special occasions. ### Freshly Made, Just for You We operate from our home kitchen, which means we can be flexible. Need Jain preparation? No onion or garlic? Want whole wheat instead of maida? Just let us know. Because we make everything from scratch, we can tweak recipes to suit your dietary needs. We are currently delivering across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and we love being a part of your daily meals and special celebrations. ## About Desi Classics It’s just Mom and me in our kitchen, laughing, fixing masalas, and keeping our grandmother's recipes alive. We pour our hearts into every batch, and hearing that our food reminds you of home is honestly the best part of our day.
