This is not a factory process where food sits on shelves for weeks. Whether you are ordering a travel-ready snack trio or a full meal platter, your food is prepared exactly for your requested date so that it reaches you with the same freshness you would get right off our stove. ### Why We Do Things Differently Desi Classics is more than a business. It started as a way to hold on to our Nani and Dadi’s recipes, keeping the tradition of 'Maa ke haath ka khana' alive. When you order from our Featured collection, you are not getting mass-produced items. You are getting food that we make the same way we cook for our own dinner table. ### Our Specialties We focus on authentic Rajasthani snacks and comfort food that travel well and taste like home. * **Travel-Ready Combos:** We know the struggle of finding good food on the move. Our combos, like Missi Poori paired with Athane ki Mirch, are packed in resealable, spill-proof pouches. They stay fresh without needing refrigeration, making them perfect for road trips or flights. * **Homemade Classics:** From crispy Banana Chips and Moong Dal Nachos to our signature Pyaaz Ki Kachori, we avoid industrial preservatives entirely. We use digestive spices like Heeng and Ajwain in our recipes to ensure they are light on the stomach, even when you are traveling. * **Festival & Comfort Foods:** Our Til ke Ladoo and other seasonal sweets follow traditional methods, using jaggery instead of refined sugar where possible. ### Mumbai Delivery & Customization We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area directly from our kitchen in Malad West. Because we do not store inventory, we require a 2-day pre-order window for fresh preparation.
