Because we do not use shortcuts or frozen prep, we require a 2-day lead time on all orders to ensure every bite reaches you fresh and full of flavour. ### Why We Like to Play with Our Food We started Desi Classics to keep our grandmothers' recipes alive, but we believe that home cooking should be fun. Whether we are pairing Malai Rabdi with the sensitivity of a Cancer or suggesting Aloo Katori Chaat for the social Gemini, these moments are how we connect with you beyond the plate. ### What Our Customers Say The most rewarding part of this journey is the feedback we get after a meal. Hearing that our Biryani or Aloo Baati hit the spot after a long day is exactly why we wake up at 3 AM to start the kitchen. It is not about fancy presentation; it is about that honest 'ghar ka swaad' (taste of home) that connects us all. ### How to Order Your Favourites Since everything is made-to-order, we do not keep stock ready. If you see something here that sparks a craving, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us plan our prep and ensures you get the same quality as our family table. Whether you are planning a corporate lunch, a festive gathering, or just want a cozy weekend treat, we are here to help. Just send us a message, tell us what you are craving, and let us bring the taste of our kitchen to yours. ## About Desi Classics My mom and I run this kitchen together, sharing the recipes passed down from our nani and dadi. We aren't a factory; we cook exactly the way we would for our own family. If you are looking for that authentic 'Maa ke haath ka khana', you have found the right spot.
