Because we are a small, family-run team, we request a 2-day lead time to ensure your meal arrives with the exact quality we would serve at our own table. ### Our Kitchen Philosophy At Desi Classics, we believe that 'slow recipes > fast trends.' This is not a brand with a factory line, but a kitchen where we spend our days fixing masalas, rolling rotis, and recreating the meals we grew up with. Our roots are firmly in Rajasthani and Sheherwali cuisine, but we love bringing North Indian comfort food to your table. ### What You Get * **Signature Rajasthani Thalis:** Our Dal Baati is a winter staple. You can also pick up your orders directly from our kitchen in Malad West. **Can you cater to Jain dietary needs?** Absolutely. Since we are a 100% vegetarian kitchen, we can easily prepare Jain-friendly versions of our traditional dishes. Just let us know when you place your order. **Why do you need 2 days notice?** Because we cook everything to order. We don't stock ready-to-eat meals or frozen inventory.
