I personally oversee the pour for every batch—whether it is ten pieces or six hundred—to ensure that the scent throw and the burn quality remain identical across your entire order, regardless of scale. Manufacturing candles is as much about chemistry and timing as it is about aesthetics. In our Delhi workshop, we treat every production run as a technical process. ### The Production Cycle We start with the raw materials, selecting only 100% natural soy wax for its clean-burning properties. The process is temperature-controlled to ensure a smooth, professional finish on the top of every jar. For bulk orders, we utilize a standardized pouring sequence that guarantees the same fragrance load in every unit, ensuring your customers get the same experience every time they light a candle. ### Scaling for Your Brand Whether you need white-label reed diffusers or a custom run of jar candles for a corporate event, we handle the entire logistics chain. This includes: * **Wick Alignment:** We manually center and secure wicks for a straight burn. * **Custom Branding:** We apply logos, metallic foil labels, and screen prints with precision. * **Packaging QC:** Every box is assembled and checked to ensure it survives pan-India shipping without damage. ### Speed and Reliability I understand that events and product launches have hard deadlines. My team and I are optimized for efficiency—we have a proven track record of fulfilling large orders, like 600 units in 24 hours, without compromising the handcrafted nature of the product. If you have a specific timeline or a unique jar design in mind, we can adapt our workflow to meet your requirements. ## About Denora Candles I started Denora to turn everyday scents into art. When I’m not in the studio pouring wax, I’m obsessed with perfecting the next custom design, making sure your brand or event gets that exact wow factor.
