This ensures that students aren't just memorizing openings; they are applying tactics like pins, forks, and checkmate patterns in real-time games every single month. Chess is more than just moving pieces on a board. At Delighted Champs, we use the game to build cognitive strength, memory, and concentration. Whether you are looking for in-person training or a flexible online program, we have designed our curriculum to meet your child exactly where they are. ### Our Approach We divide our coaching into beginner and intermediate levels to ensure every student gets appropriate attention. Our online sessions, conducted via Zoom and Google Meet, keep batch sizes small (5-8 students) so instructors can closely monitor hand movements and offer immediate feedback on strategy. ### Curriculum Highlights * **Fundamentals:** We start with board structure, piece movement, and standard notation (R, L, U, D). * **Tactical Training:** We cover opening principles, essential traps like the Queen’s Gambit Declined, and advanced endgame checkmates. * **Competitive Play:** Students gain access to free, monthly internal tournaments. This competitive environment helps them handle pressure and learn from both wins and losses. ### Where We Teach While we offer comprehensive online coaching for students across the globe, we also provide hands-on, offline classes at our centers in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, and locations in Tokyo, Japan. We believe that whether a child is learning at a desk in our center or from their own home, the value of the game—patience, planning, and perseverance—remains the same. We invite you to join our next batch and watch your child start their journey toward becoming a strategic thinker. ## About Delighted Champs We’re Delighted Champs, and we think chess is one of the best ways to help kids slow down and think three steps ahead. Whether you visit us in Navi Mumbai or join from home, our goal is to see every student confidently call 'checkmate' and grow more focused with every game.
