Whether you choose the creamy Chicken Afghani or the spicy Peshawari Tikka, each skewer spends enough time in the heat to stay juicy on the inside while getting that char on the edges. This is the art of the Tandoor, a tradition passed down through generations. We do not believe in quick fixes. When you order our Chicken Seekh Kebab or the Hariyali Tikka, you are getting meat that has been resting in a complex spice blend for hours, absorbing every note of mint, coriander, and black pepper. * **The Peshawari Signature:** Our Chicken Peshawari Tikka offers a unique take on a frontier classic, rich, tangy, and deeply aromatic. * **The Pepper Kick:** The Chicken Kalimiri brings that sharp, intense hit of freshly cracked black pepper. * **Serving Style:** We serve these alongside sliced onions and fresh chutney, just as you would find in the street-side stalls of Old Delhi. If you are dining in, ask us for the Dastarkhwan setup to truly embrace the royal heritage we strive to replicate. Planning a party at home? Our starters are designed to hold their heat and texture, making them a reliable choice for your gatherings across Mumbai. ## About Delhi Zaika We bring the spirit of Jama Masjid to Mumbai. Food is an emotion here, not a transaction. Every kebab we serve carries the heritage of recipes we have cherished for years.
