Our biryani isn't just mixed rice; it's slow-cooked in handis sealed with dough to lock in the aroma of whole spices and tender meat. For your event, we serve this in traditional brass chafing dishes that keep the heat and flavor alive from the first scoop to the last. We don't take shortcuts. Our process starts with marinating the meat in our secret blend of spices and layering it with long-grain basmati rice. This is how the flavor infuses deep into every single grain. Whether it is our classic Chicken Dum Biryani, the royal Chicken Malai Seekh Biryani, or our unique DZ Special Kepsa Rice, each variety follows this centuries-old tradition. We don't just cook for the plate; we cook for the gathering. If you are planning an event in Mumbai, we bring this same 'dum' cooking style to your venue. Whether you have 20 guests at home or 800 at a wedding, our catering team manages the setup, including brass chafing dishes that keep the food piping hot and looking royal. Our menu is flexible. You can stick to the traditional Dum Biryani or add our fusion twists like the Tikka Biryani if your guests prefer a modern touch. Let us handle the kitchen work so you can focus on being the perfect host. ## About Delhi Zaika I started this journey in the lanes of Jama Masjid with one dream: bringing the real zaika of Old Delhi to Mumbai. I don't believe in just cooking; I believe in keeping our heritage alive through every grain of rice.
