Whether it is the slow-burn of our Nalli Nihari or the charcoal char of our tandoori starters, we aren't just serving food; we are recreating the soulful, spicy experience of Old Delhi streets right here in Mumbai. ### More Than Just Food For us, cooking is an emotion. We don't just follow recipes; we follow a legacy. When we were recognized by Mid-Day as an 'Iconic Luxury Restaurant and Catering Service,' it wasn't about the plaque on the wall. It was confirmation that our commitment to the slow-cooked, authentic Mughlai style is connecting with people. ### Behind Our Process Our kitchen is the heart of the operation. We believe that authentic zaika cannot be rushed. Our gravies are cooked overnight, our tandoors are fired up to the exact temperature for that signature smokiness, and our team treats every order—whether it is a small family dinner or an 800-person wedding—with the same intensity. We know that planning a feast can be chaotic. That is why we handle the full setup, from brass chafing dishes that add a royal touch to the buffet service, ensuring you get to spend time with your guests while we manage the 'mehfil.' ### Why the 'Kissa' Matters We often share the stories behind our dishes because food tastes better when you know where it comes from. From our signature Mughlai gravies to our Indo-Chinese fusions, every item on our menu is designed to spark conversation. We are not just a caterer; we are your partners in creating a memory, one plate at a time. ## About Delhi Zaika We are a team that believes food is history in a bowl. We operate out of Mazgaon, bringing the authentic, slow-cooked heritage of Old Delhi straight to Mumbai. We handle everything from intimate dinners to massive weddings, making sure every bite hits home.
