Before you book a session, it is important to know that we do not just teach drills; we focus on 'Trust the Process'. This means your child will get video analysis, game awareness training, and technical feedback, not just mindless kickabouts. We keep batches specific to age (U6 to U15) so every player gets genuine attention on the field. ### Our Approach to Grassroots Football Football is a language of its own, and my goal is to help young players in Delhi speak it fluently. With over 15 years of experience and an AIFF coaching license, I realized that most academies focus only on drills. We do things differently. Our training at the Clayground turf in Pitampura is built on the belief that a player's growth is about more than just kicking a ball. ### Why 'Trust the Process' Matters We don't promise trophies in a week. We promise consistency. Whether it is learning the Ronaldo Chop, mastering a Cruyff Turn, or understanding game positioning, we break these down into manageable, age-appropriate steps. ### The Football Family We are more than just a training center. We are a family. We celebrate festivals, wear our own jerseys, and focus on the camaraderie that comes with being part of a team. - **Technical Training:** We use smartphone-based video analysis to correct posture and technique. - **Expertise:** All sessions are led by AIFF/AFC licensed coaches who prioritize safety and skill development. - **All-Weather Training:** Located in Pitampura, our sessions run rain or shine on high-quality artificial turf. If you are a parent looking for a space where your child can learn, fail, succeed, and make friends in a supportive environment, you are in the right place. ## About Shreshth Sharma I am Shreshth, and I started this academy because I wanted a real grassroots football community in Delhi.
