In my academy, your child learns discipline, respect, and focus through real effort. We help them step away from screens and put in the work, ensuring they develop physical strength while gaining the mental resilience needed for life. My academy in Tughlakabad Extension is built on one core belief: champions are made, not born. When kids start here, they are not just learning Taekwondo; they are learning that success comes from consistency, not luck. **What Your Child Will Learn** Our sessions focus on developing fundamental motor skills, flexibility, and coordination. We start with basics like stance work and linear kicks, but we quickly move into agility drills and pad work. The goal is to build strength and confidence. We use safe 25mm EVA interlocking mats to ensure they can push their limits during sparring without worry. **Real Results, Real Discipline** I do not believe in sugarcoating. The training is tough because life is tough. We emphasize 'mehanat' or hard work in every session. Whether it is preparing for a belt grading or training for a district championship, my students learn to set goals and reach them. You will see them become more active, more disciplined at home, and more confident in their own skin. **A Family Atmosphere** We are a community. From beginners putting on their dobok for the first time to those prepping for CBSE Nationals, every student is supported by their peers. We celebrate every small win, because that is how we build the fighters of tomorrow. If you are looking for a place where your child will be challenged, respected, and encouraged to be their best, this is where you belong. ## About Sonu I am Sonu, and for me, teaching Taekwondo is personal. Seeing my students walk into the dojang with hesitation and leave with the confidence of a champion is my biggest reward. This is a space where hard work is the only currency.
