Whether you are aiming for a national medal or just building confidence, you will find training partners here who respect your hard work as much as you do. In our Tughlakabad Extension facility, the mat is where we leave our stress and build our strength together. Our academy is built on the philosophy of 'Virasat mein mehanat milee hain' (hard work inherited). We keep our sessions intense because that is the only way to build real skills. You will see athletes training for state and national championships sparring alongside beginners who are just starting their fitness journey. This mix creates an environment where everyone learns from each other. We prioritize full-contact Kyorugi sparring and Hapkido self-defense, ensuring that every session is productive. Our students, from Naysha to Varun, have proven that consistent, disciplined training leads to podium finishes. If you are looking for a place where excuses don't exist and every drop of sweat counts toward your growth, you have found your team. ## About Sonu I am Sonu, and running this academy is my life's work. I do not believe in empty promises; I believe in showing up, grinding, and earning that belt. My students are my family, and seeing them grow from shy beginners into confident champions is exactly why I do this.
