My competition batches go beyond standard fitness, focusing on electronic scoring accuracy, ring management, and full-contact resilience. We train to win, not just to participate. When you step into my academy, you are not joining a hobby class. We are serious about performance. Whether it is the 38th Sub-Junior National Championship in Panchkula or the CBSE Nationals in Uttarakhand, my students show up ready to fight. The path to a gold medal requires more than basic kicks. We drill footwork, stamina, and reaction time until they become muscle memory. My students, like Naysha, Rohan, and Rudra, do not win by accident. They win because they spend hours practicing Poomsae forms and full-contact sparring under my direct supervision. **Why our competition training works:** * **Real-time Sparring:** We use chest guards and electronic scoring focus to mirror actual tournament conditions. * **Tactical Training:** It is not about strength alone; it is about fight IQ, managing the ring, and knowing when to attack. * **Conditioning:** Intense agility drills and endurance sessions that ensure you do not gas out in the final round. If you are ready to stop dreaming and start working, you are welcome here. We sweat, we grind, and we earn every single medal. *Virasat mein mehanat milee hain* (we have inherited hard work), and we write our own story on the mat. ## About Sonu I am Coach Sonu, and I don't just train students—I build fighters. If you have the drive, I have the roadmap to take you from the local dojang to the national podium.
