Whether you are joining for fitness or to compete at the state level, you will be on the mat doing pad work, agility drills, and sparring. We train in a non-AC hall with industrial fans because real endurance is built in the heat of the grind, not in a climate-controlled room. At my academy in Tughlakabad Extension, we follow a simple philosophy: discipline, strength, and focus.
