We use proper PU leather kicking paddles and full protective gear for sparring, even for beginners. You won’t just learn forms; you will learn the discipline required to stand on a podium. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to coach you. People often ask me if they are fit enough to start. The answer is always the same: you do not start to get fit, you start to learn, and the fitness follows. My training program at the Delhi Taekwondo Sports Academy is built on consistency. We run 60-minute sessions, 5 days a week, because martial arts is a lifestyle, not a hobby. In our family of fighters environment, you will find students aged 5 to adult. We do not just focus on the elite fighters winning national medals; we focus on the kid who is nervous about their first sparring match or the adult looking to learn real self-defense. We use 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats to ensure safety during the high-intensity drills. My role as a coach is to ensure you get the basics right. We start with conditioning and agility, move to striking drills using kicking paddles, and eventually, sparring. We follow the Delhi Taekwondo Association standards for belt grading, so the progress you make here is recognized. If you are willing to show up, work hard, and treat your teammates like family, you will find your place here. ## About Sonu I am Sonu, and I believe hard work is a legacy you build, not something you are given.
