I believe real training starts with the basics: proper footwork, sharp reflexes, and always playing fair. You’ll hear us yell “Speed se!” (quickly) during drills because every second counts out there. ### Training That Pushes You Whether you're new or already smashing runs, I focus on: - Batting technique improvement: fixing your stance, getting your shots right in the nets - Bowling action - pace or spin, we work on both - Fielding drills to boost your movement and reactions Fitness isn’t optional. You’ll sweat through agility ladders and cones - it’s tough but you’ll feel your speed go up. Our sessions are real - sometimes you’ll nail it, sometimes you’ll struggle, but that’s how you grow. ### Real Matches, Real Growth I get everyone into competitive cricket matches, not just endless nets. We run weekly games and join local tournaments, with teams for U-12 and U-14. You’ll play, win, lose, and learn. ### Proud Moments Seeing our kids win - like the U-14s beating Dwarka or Shaurya smashing it for 'Man of the Match' - that’s what it’s all about. Girls cricket programs are just as important here, because cricket’s for everyone. If you’ve got the passion, there's a spot for you. ## Highlights Browse through Sports Academy's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/delhisportsacademy/cricket-training/featured) - [Video: We believe speed and agility are the foundation of a great cricketer.
