Whether you want to climb, hang from aerial silks, or flow through a Vayu Yoga session, you are training in a high-ceiling, safety-focused environment. We keep things open and welcoming, so you can mix and match these disciplines under one roof. At Delhi Rock, we believe movement should be fun, not just a workout. Our studio is designed to be a hub for everyone, from total beginners taking their first aerial climb to experienced movers training for their next project. ### What You Will Find Here * **Aerial Arts & Vayu Yoga:** We use professional rigging for aerial silks and hammocks. Our Vayu Yoga classes are a personal favourite for decompressing the spine and finding deep stretches that are often difficult on the ground. * **Climbing & Parkour:** We offer accessible walls for all skill levels. Whether you are bouldering or learning basic parkour, our instructors keep the session safe and practical. * **Calisthenics & Fitness:** These sessions focus on functional strength. We swap standard gym routines for movements that actually help you in your daily life and other sports. ### Practical Details We operate out of the Siri Fort Indoor Stadium. The facility is equipped with professional-grade crash mats and high ceilings to ensure your safety while you train. We offer a few ways to join us. You can drop in for a single session if you are just curious, or grab a 10-Class Priority Pass if you want to be consistent and secure your spot in our capped classes. If you are a regular and want the freedom to jump into any open activity, our unlimited membership lets you train whenever there is space available. ## About Delhi Rock We are Delhi Rock, a community of movers based right at Siri Fort.
