Whether you are in a crowded evening batch or a 1-on-1 private session, expect honest, direct feedback. If you aren't sweating and refining your form, you aren't training hard enough. ### Meet the DKO Team At the Delhi Karate School, our instructors form a tight-knit family committed to Shito-Ryu, Shotokan, Taekwondo, and MMA. Led by senior masters like Ramesh Bansal and Laldarda, our coaching staff believes that the black belt is not the goal, but rather the mindset you develop along the way. ### Our Coaching Philosophy We avoid the 'filmi' or purely commercial approach to martial arts. Instead, our classes follow a strict, disciplined structure that prioritizes: * **Technique over Flash:** We focus on foundational stances like *Zenkutsu dachi* and precise striking mechanics. * **Safety and Control:** When a master says stop, it means stop. Our supervised sparring sessions are designed to build confidence while ensuring every student is safe. * **Real-world Application:** Our self-defense modules are practical, designed for real situations, not just for the competition mat. ### Mentorship and Lineage We foster a culture of constant learning. Our instructors regularly upgrade their skills under senior leaders and visiting delegations, ensuring that every student gets updated, standardized training. Whether it is a 6-year-old learning the basics of bowing and respect or an adult competitor preparing for state-level Kumite, our coaches are there to guide, correct, and push you past your limits. We believe that training with a supportive team is the fastest way to turn pain today into strength tomorrow. ## About Ramesh Bansal We are a team that trains together, struggles together, and wins together. Our instructors are here to push you past your limits with strict discipline and real, actionable feedback. If you want to learn martial arts from people who actually fight for justice and respect, you belong here.
