Whether it is celebrating a birthday after training, marking festivals like Holi with the whole team, or taking our players on exposure trips to Goa, we ensure every child feels like they belong. You will notice this isn't a place where kids just turn up, play, and leave; it is a community where they make memories while sharpening their game. Our football training goes beyond traditional coaching. We focus on the 'Elite Mentality,' which means nurturing character as much as we nurture athletic skill. When our players are not training in Jhilmil Colony or our Gurugram facilities, they are bonding through shared experiences that create a true brotherhood. ### Why Join Our Football Family? * **Certified Guidance:** Every session is led by AIFF/AFC certified coaches who understand that young players need encouragement, not just instructions. * **More Than Just Drills:** We teach life lessons through sport. Our curriculum covers passing, dribbling, and ball control, but also communication, teamwork, and resilience. * **Real Match Experience:** We don't just train. Our academy teams actively compete in top-tier youth football leagues like the Delhi Youth League (DYL) and Gurgaon Youth League (GYL), giving kids the experience of high-stakes competition. * **State-of-the-Art Training:** From sand pit training for ankle stability to video performance analytics for our Elite Squad, we use every tool available to help players grow. We provide professional youth football training for ages 4 to 18, with programs ranging from 3-day standard batches to 5-day elite training schedules. Whether your child is just starting their journey or is ready to compete in professional youth leagues, they will find a supportive environment here. We are proud to be the place where kids come to learn the beautiful game and leave with a second family. ## About Elites Football We are a team that plays hard and supports each other even harder. I focus on keeping the energy high, the drills smart, and the atmosphere fun so every kid leaves the pitch wanting to come back the next day.
