We rotate you between three different wicket surfaces—turf, astro-turf, and cemented—to make sure you can handle a swinging ball on grass just as easily as a skiddy one on hard wickets. It is not about how many balls you hit; it is about how many of them you hit correctly under pressure. ### The DCH Methodology: Training with Purpose Cricket isn't played in the air; it is played on the ground. That is why we focus heavily on surface adaptation. By cycling players through our different wickets, we ensure they are ready for any condition, whether it is a turning track in a local league or a pacey surface in a state-level match. ### Why Our Nets Are Different * **Technical Breakdown:** We don't just watch you bat or bowl. We use video analysis to break down your technique—footwork, head position, and release points—so you know exactly what to correct. * **Match Simulation:** Net practice is only useful if it mimics a game. We run pressure drills where the batter has to chase a set target in a limited number of balls, forcing them to make smart decisions rather than just hitting out. * **The Fitness Edge:** Modern cricket is athletic. Our sessions aren't just about bat and ball; they include integrated agility, speed work, and core strengthening to ensure you don't tire out in the final overs. ### Training Locations & Schedules We operate across key locations in Delhi, including our base at Helipad Cricket Ground in Rohini and St. Froebel Senior Secondary School in Paschim Vihar. Our standard program runs 4 days a week (Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday), ensuring you get consistent time in the nets without burning out. Whether you are a beginner looking to build your basics on our cemented tracks or a league hopeful fine-tuning your pace on astro-turf, you are here to work. Bring your kit, bring your focus, and let's get to training. ## About Harish Dagar I am Harish Dagar, and I don't believe in taking it easy.
