It means the world to me to hear how my classes have helped students like this one, who is now dancing confidently at 44.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/110c2bb6-c80d-404b-8749-88de7a4ad3fd) - [Video: "We had a lot of fun." In every class, we actively rotate partners. This is a practical way to get you comfortable dancing with different leads and follows, so you are ready for any social dance event in the city without feeling lost. Starting a new hobby as an adult can be intimidating. Most of the people you see in these videos walked into our Safdarjung studio thinking they had two left feet. What you do not see in these short clips is the hour of 'one, two, three, tap' repetition that gets them there. We focus on basics like weight transfer and step timing because when the technique is solid, the nerves disappear. It is not just about learning steps for a performance; it is about building a social safety net. Whether you are looking for salsa classes in Delhi or want to try a bachata workshop, the goal remains the same: stress relief and connection. Our students often start as strangers in a Sunday session and end up grabbing coffee after class. If you are worried about your fitness level or whether you will fit in, know that we prioritize a judgment-free zone. Everyone here is a student of the craft, just at different stages of their journey. We keep our batches small enough that you get actual feedback, not just generic instruction from the front of the room. Come join a session and see how quickly the 'I cannot dance' mentality fades away. ## About Delhi Bachata Company I am Manasi, the lead here at Delhi Bachata Company.
