A group of enthusiastic people, all learning together in a relaxed studio setting. We practice the steps, laugh at our mistakes, and help each other get the rhythm right. It's a judgment-free zone where the only goal is to have fun while learning.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/110c2bb6-c80d-404b-8749-88de7a4ad3fd) ## About Beginner-Friendly Workshops If you think you have two left feet, you are exactly who I am looking for. In these sessions, I break down rhythmic steps like Heench and Teen Taali into simple, repeatable counts. You won't be struggling to keep up with an advanced group; we focus entirely on the fundamentals so you can actually enjoy the music rather than just copying moves in a mirror. ### What to Expect in Class My workshops are designed for the absolute beginner. We don't do boring, repetitive drills that feel like work. Instead, we focus on connection and rhythm. Whether you are prepping for a Navratri night or just want to learn some festive moves, this is where you start. ### The Curriculum We cover the essential Garba and Dandiya foundations in a 120-minute session: * **Step Breakdown:** Detailed guidance on Do Taali, Teen Taali, Heench, and Popat steps. * **Rhythm Training:** Learning to sync with 4-beat and 6-beat Dhol cycles. * **Partner Coordination:** We rotate partners throughout the session so you don't need to bring one with you. We provide sanitized Dandiya sticks, so you just need to bring your energy and comfortable clothes. We also end every session by filming a short choreographed video for you to keep. ### Locations & Logistics We host these workshops in two main locations to keep the commute manageable: * **Musical Dreams:** Safdarjung Enclave * **Revive Studios:** Okhla Because I keep the group sizes small and personal, the environment remains judgment-free. You will laugh, make mistakes, and likely make a few friends along the way. These spots fill up fast, so check our current schedule to see when the next batch is starting. ## About Delhi Bachata Company I'm Manasi, and I believe dance is about the joy of moving together, not achieving perfection. I've built these beginner workshops to strip away the pressure so you can focus on the rhythm, the beat, and having a great time.
