Being present at events like the IBA Women's World Boxing Championships and working alongside top athletes like Lovlina Borgohain keeps my skills sharp. When I return to the academy, I bring that knowledge directly to you. ### Why this matters for your training Boxing is evolving. The footwork, the defensive patterns, and the conditioning drills used by competitive boxers change every season. By staying active in the circuit, I make sure my students aren't stuck with outdated techniques. Whether you are here to learn boxing basics or to push yourself into competitive boxing, the training is rigorous. We focus on: - **Technical Precision:** Correcting your stance and punch mechanics based on pro-level standards. - **Real Conditioning:** You won't find treadmills here. We use tractor tires, ropes, and heavy bag work to build strength that holds up in a real ring. - **Mental Toughness:** Boxing is a character sport. I am in your corner every round, pushing you to do more when you feel like quitting. This is a no-frills, high-intensity environment.
